  • Developing custom Crystal Reports/Enterprise applications using versions 8 thru XI R2.
  • Created fully custom Crystal and Business Objects Enterprise applications (in CSP and .NET) for customers such as Enterprise Rent A Car, Sumitomo, Western Area Power Administration, Tulare County (CA), and CALGB at Duke University. Developed integrated solutions to harness the power of Enterprise while integrating tightly with existing web applications. Added sophisticated functionality such as intranet single sign-on, dynamic parameter pick lists, and completely new parameter selection interfaces.
  • Created custom Enterprise interfaces for customers such as CTG, STA Travel, and Washington County (PA). Seamlessly integrated the applications into the existing intranets.
  • Provided report development, product training, and consulting services for a variety of clients, including CTG, Jefferson Pilot Financial, Tulare County (CA).
  • Contributed to Crystal Enterprise chapters in best-selling book “Crystal Reports: The Complete Reference” by George Peck.
  • Using .NET technologies to produce a variety of applications. Using VB.NET to produce custom multimedia marketing CDROMs. Using ASP.NET to convert the presentations for web delivery. Also using ASP.NET to port older ASP database-driven administration applications.
  • Producing custom web sites for a variety of clients. Responsible and fully hands-on for all phases of the projects, including planning, design, programming, and deployment. Planning sites directly with clients, including information organization, navigational flow, content specification, and more. Designing sites from scratch using primarily Photoshop. Developing sites with various combinations of ASP.NET (1.1 and 2.0), HTML, CSS, Javascript, IronSpeed Designer, and DotNetNuke. Also creating fully dynamic sites using Microsoft Content Management Server.

  • Led port (data conversion and user interface re-design) of Oz Clarke’s Wine Guide CD-ROM to the web and integrated WineSleuth technology to produce a unique food/wine pairing program.
